With a background in mechanical engineering and refrigeration, I became interested in 'alternative technologhy' and the application of refrigeration for heating and saving energy. Over the last 30 years I have designed and installed a wide variety of heat pump system. I no longer install system, but mostly advise and consult on heat pump issues. My current interest is the development and use of internet-based monitoring systems for diagnostics and fine-tuning. I am committed to finding the best applications and improving the efficiency of this interesting technology.
